At Mobiweb Global Solutions, we focus on delivering high-quality digital services with transparency, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Since all our services are custom-developed, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to maintain fairness for both our clients and our team.

1. No Return Policy

Mobiweb Global Solutions provides digital, technology-driven, and fully customized services such as:

– Website & App Development

– Software Solutions

– UI/UX Design

– Digital Marketing

– IT Consulting & Support

Since these are non-tangible and service-based, returns are not applicable. Once a service is purchased and work has begun, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure every client is satisfied with the delivery and quality of our services. However, due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are governed by the conditions below.

2.1 Eligible Cases for Refund

A partial or full refund may be considered only if:

– No work has been initiated after the payment was received.

– The delivered work does not align with the mutually agreed scope, and the issue remains unresolved even after reasonable revisions.

– The project is discontinued by Mobiweb Global Solutions due to internal or technical circumstances.

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be processed if:

– Work has already begun and resources have been allocated.

– Delays are caused by the client (late content, incomplete inputs, change in requirements, etc.).

– The client changes their mind after approving the project scope or design.

– Payments made for third-party purchases (domain, hosting, plugins, themes, APIs, ads, etc.) are already utilized.

– The client terminates the project for personal or unrelated reasons.

3. Project Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client

If the client chooses to cancel the project:

– Completed milestone payments cannot be refunded.

– Any ongoing or completed phase will be billed before cancellation.

3.2 Cancellation by Mobiweb Global Solutions

In rare cases where we are unable to proceed:

– A proportional refund will be issued for the uncompleted portion of the work.

4. Revision & Satisfaction Assurance

We offer a set number of revisions as per the selected service plan.

Any additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
